  • Yes, you do not have to pay any additional amount to use the amenities listed.

  • you can make a booking via our booking system on the website

  • Within 24 hours of confirmation - 95% refund of Booking Fee.  (Due to transaction fees)

    More than 30 days before event date - 50% refund of Booking Fee. 

    Less than 30 days before event date - 0% refund of Booking Fee. 

    In any event of cancellation of booking, Security Deposit and Cleaning Fee will be fully refunded. 

  • More than 30 days before event date -Subjected to availability

    Less than 30 days before event date - Strictly no postponement will be allowed

  • No, there will not be any charges for external catering.

  • Yes, you are able to do that at a base hourly rate (of your booking rates). Do drop us a message before the end of booking time to inform us of the extension.  (SUBJECTED TO AVAILABILITY)

  • Yes, you may but please return all shifted furniture to its original position. Partial deposit will be forfeited for restoration.

  • No smoking, e-cigarette, shisha and/or use of vapes is allowed in our space. You may smoke outside of the space.

  • Pets are not allowed in the premises. Contact our admins for any special cases.

  • The access code for the space given to you will only be valid from your start time. Set-up (catering set-up, decorations set up etc) and/or clean up must be done strictly within the booking time slot. 

     During check out, guests/vendors will have a 15 minutes grace period to clear out of the premises. Any later than the given grace period, would be considered as extension of booking hours and may result in partial/full forfeiture of deposit.
